Error: Terms of Use have failed to load

If you have encountered the same error message as in the screenshot above, there are steps involved to solve this error message:

1. Uninstalling the Honeygain application
   1. Please uninstall the Honeygain application from your device using these steps here.
2. Delete the residual files after uninstalling
   1. Press "Windows" and "R" keys on your keyboard simultaneously
   2. Enter "appdata"
   3. In "local" folder, find and delete Honeygain folder
3. In "Roaming" folder, find and delete Honeygain folder
   1. Delete Honeygain entry in Registry
   2. Press "Windows" and "R" keys on your keyboard simultaneously
   3. Enter "regedit"
   4. Using the navigation menu on the left, navigate to "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\"
   5. Find "honeygain" entry, right-click on it and delete it.
   6. Restart your device
4. Download and install Honeygain on your device from here.
