In case you receive the error message "Not valid uid!" when attempting to log in to your account on the Honeygain application on macOS or Windows, please try the following suggestions:
Please try to clear the application data by following the same instructions as in this guide. Afterward, please try to log in again. Please note that clearing the application data will not remove your earnings or any progress that you have already made.
Please access the Keychain on your macOS device (this can be done by opening the Finder, then opening Utilities, and finally, pressing on the "Keychain access"). There, please remove the Honeygain entries and attempt to log in again.
