This article will guide you on the Honeygain statuses that may appear at some point on your Honeygain account's dashboard.
'Connecting' status means your device is currently attempting to connect to Honeygain services.
The 'Connected' status indicates that your device has successfully connected to Honeygain and will soon begin earning. Please note that at this stage, you are not yet sharing traffic.
Congrats! Once the status changes to 'Sharing', it means you’ve successfully connected and started earning to your account.
If the status shows 'Not Sharing', it means the device is currently not connected and not sharing traffic. Don’t worry, you'll see a message below explaining why the status is 'Not Sharing'. Tap the 'Learn more' button to read an article that outlines possible causes and how to fix them.
