Not seeing your referral bonus? Here's how to check what's going on.
Step 1 — Check your referral list
First, make sure your referrals actually appear on your referral list.
Step 2 — Confirm your friends are sharing bandwidth
If you still don't receive any referral bonus, it's possible your referrals aren't sharing their internet bandwidth with Honeygain — they may not have the app installed and open, or aren't sharing bandwidth.
Step 3 — Check your Transactions history
Open the Dashboard and choose the Transactions history view on the left. There you'll see all credit transactions on your account, including how much referral bonus you gained the previous day.
