Your email address: verify, change or recover – Honeygain

Keep access to the email you signed up with.

We use it to confirm your account and send payout codes. It can only be changed through a request sent from that same email.

If you signed up with email and password, confirm your address once:

Open the Honeygain app or Dashboard

Click Confirm email.

Open the email from Honeygain

Check your inbox, including spam and promotions folders.

⬢ No Confirm email button? You probably signed up with a social login, such as Google or Facebook. Those accounts are verified automatically.

Still seeing Confirm email, or getting “Unknown Error” or “Invalid Confirmation URL”? Sign out, sign back in, and the prompt should disappear.

⬢ Error: “Email not valid”

This can appear when logging in on Android. Type your email again and make sure there are no spaces before or after it.

⬢ Change your email

To change your account email, submit a requestfrom your current registration email. We can't accept change requests sent from any other address.

⬢ Lost access to your registration email?

For your security, we can't change your account email without access to the original one. This is how we make sure the request really comes from the person who created the account. Try to recover access through your email provider first.

To avoid getting locked out, use a strong password for your email that you don't use anywhere else, and keep your login details somewhere safe.
