If during your registration to our payout provider Tipalti you are greeted with the following error at the finishing line of the registration:
It means that, unfortunately, PayPal is not available in your country or the availability is limited (to find the list of countries where PayPal is available, please refer to this article).
Although the error message may seem menacing, there is truly no need to worry too much! In case you see the 'err=21' screen during your registration to Tipalti, simply get in touch with our Support team so they could cancel your payout request and return the credits to your Honeygain account.
Afterward, you will be able to request the payout again and choose JumpTokens as the payout method.
