Sometimes, your requested payout might get declined without reaching you. Here are the steps on how to determine why your payout has failed and what to do so that you could receive it.

Incomplete Tipalti account registration
Please note that this applies to PayPal payouts only. If you request the payout for the first time, within 1 business day after you requested a payout, you will receive an email with a registration link to the Tipalti website. It is really important that you complete the registration and provide all the necessary details about your PayPal account.
If you believe that you have not completed the registration process of your Tipalti account, please log in to your Tipalti account here and complete the registration.
The account information could be validated by PayPal
This error message means that you most likely enter the First and Last names incorrectly. To check what are the First and Last names on your PayPal account, please follow these steps:
1. Log into Paypal
2. Click on "Gear" on the upper right or Settings
3. Click on the "Seller Tools" Tab
4. Scroll down to the "Getting Paid" section, and under the Invoices line, hit "Manage."
5. Click on the blue "Create a Template" button.
6. On the right pane, where you see your name, email, and address, click on the down arrow
7. Click on the "Edit business info" link
How to check your PayPal payout status
If you open Honeygain Dashboard and go to the Transactions History page, you will see your recent payouts on the right side of the screen and the status of your payout. If it says “Completed” under your PayPal payout, it means that this payout was approved from Honeygain’s side and forwarded to Tipalti (the service we use for mass PayPal payouts) for processing. You can check the status of your PayPal payout by logging in to your Tipalti account here.
If it says “Rejected:”, then it means that something happened and your PayPal payout was not processed. Here are the explanations for some of the most common PayPal payout rejection statuses:
The PayPal account is not verified
It is important that you verify your PayPal account because you may not be able to fully use the PayPal service and receive a payout from Honeygain. Instructions on how to verify your PayPal account can be found here.
After you have verified your PayPal account, contact Honeygain Support using this link here, and let us know that your payout was rejected since your PayPal account was not verified, but it is verified now and that you need us to resubmit your payout to Tipalti.
PayPal account is registered in a non-receivable country
Unlike Honeygain, Tipalti does not support all countries and cannot send PayPal payouts to everyone in the world. If Tipalti shows this error message as the reason why your payout was rejected, unfortunately, there is not much that can be done, and it will not be possible to receive a PayPal payout to your PayPal account. A list of supported countries for PayPal payouts can be found here. However, we can still return all the credits to your Honeygain account and process payout through JumpTokens. Just let us know by contacting our support team using this link here.
PayPal account is under limitation
When the PayPal account is under limitation, it means that there were suspicions on PayPal's end regarding your account. This may be caused by PayPal believing that an unauthorized person is using your account; your PayPal account does not comply with regulatory requirements; your account has an unusually large amount of claims and/or chargebacks; and if there is a sudden change of the number of transactions done on your PayPal account. In order to fix the issue regarding your PayPal account being under limitation, please refer to this guide.
After you have solved the issue with your PayPal account, please contact our support team using this link here and ask for the resubmission of your payout to Tipalti.
If you wish to change the PayPal account that is linked to your Honeygain account, please sign in to the Tipalti account by following this link and proceed with the changes there.
JumpTokens
If you had requested a payout via Honeygain and chose JumpToken (JMPT) as the payout method, please wait for up to a week for the payout to appear on your wallet.
In case, after this timeframe, the payout does not appear on your wallet, please do the following:
1. Please make sure you have added the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network to your wallet. You can find instructions on how to do so here.
2. Ensure you have imported the JMPT token to your wallet. You can find instructions on how to do so here.
If you had both added the BSC network to your wallet and had imported the JMPT token itself there, and the payout did not appear then, please get in touch with our Support team for further assistance using this link here.
