Didn’t receive your payout verification code? – Honeygain

Every payout you request needs a code from your email.

This extra step makes sure only you can cash out your earnings, even if someone else gets your password.

⬢ How it works

When you request a payout, we send a verification code to the email address you registered with. Enter the code to confirm the payout. Without it, the payout can't go through.

⬢ Didn't receive the code?

This is the most common payout issue, and it usually comes down to one of these reasons:

Reason	What to do
You unsubscribed from Honeygain emails	Verification codes are sent by email, so unsubscribing stops them too. Contact our support team and we'll turn emails back on for your account.
Your email provider rejected or filtered the email	Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Make sure your inbox isn't full, remove any filters or block rules that could catch Honeygain emails, and add Honeygain to your safe senders list.
You're checking a different inbox	The code goes only to the email you registered with. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, check that account's inbox.

Once you've fixed the cause, request the payout again to get a new code.

⬢ Keep your account safe

2FA protects your payouts, but your password still protects your account. A few habits help:

⬢ Use a strong password that you don't use for any other service.

⬢ Protect your email account too, since that's where your codes arrive.

⬢ Never share your login details with anyone.

⬢ Only log in at dashboard.honeygain.com, never through unofficial dashboards or tools.
